Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
my sister in laws husband was charged for 2nd,3rd,4th degree felony of csc on a minor which is my 13yr old daughter.what is possibile conviction of him?Is there any chance he can get off with no prison ,and only counseling?

It is highly unlikely that he can get off with probation and counseling, particularly because of the age difference between them and his position of authority over her.
