Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
My sister had got a ticket and used my name then wen't to court and signed some papers so what should i do

Go to court with proof that you are not your sister and explain to the judge what happened. Be prepared to provide a birth certificate or some other acceptable form of identification.
Be prepared to explain how your sister could use your name in a traffic stop without having presented a driving license with your name on it.
