Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
soliciting a prostitute
What could I be facing for this charge. I was just playing around with no intent to carry out any act but conversation looks bad and she was a cop not a prostitute.

Soliciting prostitution. If you made a deal, intent is inferred no matter what you intended. Bad joke.
