Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
My son was arrested for disorderly conduct, but at time of arrest he was physically assaulted by the arresting officer and then by several correction officers while taken to adult detention. What are his rights and who and how do we report this too. Thank you

He files a formal report with the Internal Affairs division of the agencies involved. That is done at the main agency office.
