What are the statute of limitations on bringing a defendent to trial who is charged with auto theft, aggravated battery and aggravated assault upon a peace officer; all charges stemming from the same incident?

Assuming the defendant is not a fugitive, six months, with possible extensions of time under certain circumstances.
