Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
I would like to stop an individual from contacting my wife in any manner. Is this legally possible? Subject is in Texas- we are in New Mexico

You can't, but she can. She can file a complaint for stalking if she is bothered by another and if she otherwise meets the statutory requirements. Call the DA's office in the county in which you reside. They can advise. you.
