Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
serious stuff
a party, two underaged teens one boy one girl, start by play wrestling, girl bites boy, boy throws her off then pushes her. Has pictures of bite and bruises, bite mark is still visible. Is the boy able to press charges on her, if so what?
