Suicide attempt
Is a person who has attempted suicide (and obviously lives) charged with a crime in New Mexico?

Re: Suicide attempt
No, although a lengthy commitment for psychological treatment would most likely happen. It is a felony crime to assist someone or to attempt to do so.
