Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico

I am being charge with a felony.this Can I ask for my constitution on my behalf. Statue of limitation.I was incarcereated for two weeks, tobe indited,but noI was on realease on my own. Why? District attorney didnot show up for the first grand jury inditement. Now they had another grand jury inditement on the same charges. What do I need to do?
