Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
I am in violation of my probation for not going to see PO. Started June 09 would of finished December 10. They have requested that probation be revoked and initial sentence be reinstated. What am I really looking at here?

At worst you are looking at serving the balance of your original sentence after credit for your time on probation. If you don't have a criminal defense lawyer, you need one.
