Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Mexico
I went to visit my boyfriend at a correctional facility and now they are telling him that he is under suspition for trying to bring in some type of substance and they told him they will be looking at me as well because i visit him. Which is crazy and not true.I want to know what steps can i take if they try to call me or contact me.
