DUI Staute Of Limitations

What is the statute of limitations as far as keeping a DUI on your driving record and your criminal record.

So far as the conviction remaining in police arrest records and the DUI conviction database, there is no time limit and fundamentally, if the law remains as it is at present, it will be there forever. The same is true of the court records where the conviction occurred.
