State to State DUI Question
while living in California my husband picked up 2 dui's. In the meaning time I moved to New Mexico. My question, is it possibble for my husband to get a licence in NM?

No. He will be listed in the national database of convicted drunk drivers, and will be denied driving privileges in NM also.
