Elderly Conservertorship

I have conservertorship on my elderly aunt. Is'nt this the about the same thing as POA? If not what are the differences?

The fundamental difference is that in your position you are accountable to the Court which appointed you, and must account to that Court for any expenditures at such intervals as the Court directs. A simple POA lacks that requirement.
