Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

I have 2 children by the same guy, a 18month old and a 6 month old. The fathere is not in my kids life and refuses to have any part of it. I have tried to serve him with child support but am told the papers cannot be delivered due to the fact he lives on tribal land. How can collect child support for my kids.

If you can prove he is the father (name on birth certificate or DNA test) you should be able to sue in tribal court for child support.
