If you were legally married in NV, then you are legally married in NM. There is no requirement or provision for the registration of marriages performed outside NM, but they are just as legal with the same rights as any NM marriage. You have the option of obtaining forms to dissolve your marriage from the District Court in your district, for do it yourself, or consulting a domestic relations lawyer where you live. Whatever you decide to do, the fact that you have a NV marriage is immaterial to your right to obtain a divorce in NM if you have lived here long enough.
