Age of consent

At what age can a child decide which parent he wants to live with within the state of Nes Mexico.

There is no 'law' that sets forth the concept upon which your question is based. However, if a judge is deciding custody of a child then at age 14 the judge is supposed to inquire of child what it is the child desires. Be aware, howevr, that when a judge decides custody that are about 10 baseline factors upon which the decision is made. These factors include, but are not limited to, with whom the child has been living; health of the child, school attendance and school grades; religion; recreational activities, and so on.

What the child desires is only one part of a much larger area of concern.
