Appealing a New Jersey Superior Court Judge's decision
My ex-Wife in court was granted the ability of Interrogatories towards me regarding past and present employment without a CIS and we have been divorced for almost two years.
I want to appeal the Judge's decision as my ex wife should have to go through the CIS process as it is intended for.
My question is simpe: Do I have a paryer of appealing the Judge's decision?
Thanking you in advance for your time and consideration.

I don't see how any of us could know without reviewing the file, the order and the transcipt(s). First of all, if you are doing this by yourself, there is a much better chance you will lose. If you will go to an attorney, why not just speak to your current attorney or another one to discuss this?
