whho has more rights to achild if the mother does not want him and his father is deceased . his paternal grandpparents orhis great maternal aunt?

The only people who have custodial or legal 'rights' to children are the parents. Everybody else in the world has to go to court and ask a judge to make a decision as to the issue in your question.
