how to change court venue. Non Custodial filed for custody in luna county but mother and child live in Dona Ana. Need to reopen the case and change the venue for child custody and support

Venue remains in the district court in which the original custody order was entered. A petition filed in any other court is subject to dismissal. Court hearing should be held in county/district where child resides if that county is not where custody order was entered.
