Child Custody

My soon to be ex husband has a restraining order on me and I filed a counter petition order of protection on him. He has the child is there anything I can do without breaking the order to get the child back?

You should be working through the court mediation program to develop a parenting plan. It looks to me like you're in Bernalillo County. Go to the courthouse in Albuquerque and ask for the Self Help program, Family Court section, and you'll be able to find the forms you need to request mediation services.
