Child Custody Question

Hello,

My daughter is 15 and due to some issues her father she does not want to spend the night at his home anymore. She does still want to see him and talk to him, she would just prefer to stay the night at my home. At what age does a child have the right to make this decision?

Her father should respect her wishes now. If he does not then move the court for a modification of the parenting plan. Your husband may be reluctant to agree because of the the possibility that his child support will go up, so maybe you can work that out with him.
