I have sole custody of my 15 yr old son. He currently lives with his non custodial father (my ex) in a different town, goes to school there in the same town. my son has been in trouble with the law. I am moving out of state. What paperwork do I need to do to give my ex husband legal custody of our son so that he can take care of ALL of his needs without me having to be present for everything?

It sounds like you are asking about how to change your 'sole custody' from you to your ex. To ensure that you get it right I'd suggest that you visit an attorney in your town to ensure that the proper court order is drafted and entered with the court.
