child custody

my 14 year old nephew lives with his mom and wants to live with his dad. they have joint custody, what are his chances of his wishes being met?

If Mom agrees they can just do it. If not, his Dad needs to petition for a change in the Parenting Plan. The Judge can take the wishes of the child into account, but the decision is made in the best interests of the child. Either way, there will probably need to be a re-calculation of the child support.
