Child custody/support against will

For over 2 yrs my ex-wife has had physical and sole custody of our son against my will. However, this entire time she has had custody she keeps our son in NM with her mother while she lives in NY partying with her abusive and drug addicted boyfriend. She has one of the best lawyers on the west coast and has only allowed me to see my son one week in the past year and a half. I have many documents and info to prove she is unfit but my lawyer keeps holding off on bringing such info to the judges attention. I feel my lawyer may be getting paid on the side by my ex to keep me on this wild goose chase..but this would be very hard to prove. I just want my son. He needs to be with one of his parents and not his ''Nana'' in NM against my will, while I live in MD. Can someone PLEASE help me????? Where is the justice?
