Child Support Receipts

Hello, I wanted to know if i can request from the court to recieve receipts on what my support is goint to.

I'm not sure I understand you r question. If the court has ordered a change in your child support payments you can go to the Court Clerk and ask for a copy of the order.

No. Yo do not have the right to request an accounting and it would not make a difference even if you did. Child support is set by the State and has nothing to do with how much the person receiving the support makes or what they spend it on.
