You should get an attorney to represent you immediately. If money is a problem check for free legal services. In California if there is an action to take the children from the parent the court must appoint an attorney to represent indigent parents. Check the yellow pages for a free one half hour consultation with an attorney with experience in this area. You should be able to learn what legal services are available in a half an hour.
