Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

childsupport fraud

We believe we are victims of Fraud. From The New Mexico Child Support Enforcement Division or the exwife. My fiance is paying child support Payments regularly through employee withholdings and income tax garnishments on his back support and monthly support. He filed several taxes

Jan. 2002.The IRS sent half of one of his federal taxes

with a letter saying he is paid in full.Child support continued to take his state taxes.his case worker said he was paid in full and should be hearing from someone shortly.months and no word.contacted her again. She said ''If I were you I'd get a lawyer because they have tacked on 15,000.00.''We thought we were going to court on the amount and to have the child support modified (raised) Febuary of 2003 the 15,000.00 was never brought to the courts.instead the two attorneys talked during the judges recess. The CSED said they would check into it.support was raised. Its been three months since court and still no word or explanation on how they come up with 15,000.00.They wont return calls nor will they explain where the 4000.00 is that we overpaid them. There is no possible way he could owe this much money. We have all the records and documents to prove our case.

Re: childsupport fraud

Normally the law guru is anonymous. However, for your case I would ask that you send to me an email - privately - with your husband's csed case number and a telephone number and time when I can call you. After you send to me the email I will call and explain to you the circumstances of this reply note and hopefully provide a light for the path to get your case back on track.

I'll be waiting to hear from you.
