Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

My dad owes me more than 50,000$ in child support he has paid me once since I was born and he gets the paper that tells him how much he owes but the child support offices don't do anything. How can I get the money?

If you are at least 18 but not over 21, you can sue him for the back amount he owes plus interest. If you are not in that age range, you are out of luck. Consult an attorney for further information. Initial consultations are usually done at no cost. We will consult with you by email if you wish.
