My daughter's dad is sexual harassing me via text. How can I get a restraining order and still see my daughter since he has custody?

go to the police and file a complaint, what he is doing is illegal. Go to the courthouse and get a form for a restraining order. Ask the judge for visitation rules, probably an exchange at some neutral party or location that won't violate the restraining order. That simple.
