in a divivorce in New Mexico can a spouse request or demand text message information

If text messages can be shown to be relevant to assets or liabilities of the parties, they may be subject to subpoena in a pending divorce action. Otherwise, they are of no particular usefulness as NM is a "no-fault" divorce state, which means one party does not have to show that the other party is a bad guy.
