Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

In my divorce decree that my ex husband signed it states the house is mine. He refuses to leave until I pay him his 20 grand, which states in the decree he will get when I can qualify for a refinace. He is late on the mortgage and has in turn hurt my credit. What can I do to get him out of my house since in the decree that was signed by him and notarized states that the house is mine?

Go to the Metropolitan Court and file an eviction proceeding. They will provide you with the necessary forms, but not legal advice.
