Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

This is an easy answer. You file your legal action (divorce) and have him served. Then after his 30 days has passed and he won't sign the papers put in a request for hearing and go to court and the Judge will give you a divorce. There is a "free" legal clinic in the Las Cruces court and you can go there on any Wednesday and you do not have to be a resident of that county to use that courthouse service.
