Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

My soon to be ex and went to divorce mediation and agreed on a settlement. I was assured that the agreement would be in my hands within a week. It has now been two months and no formal agreement has been presented to me. What are my options?

Call the office of the presiding judge of the court and inquire of the secretary concerning the status of your mediation agreement. Should that fail, call the State Bar of New Mexico and ask for assistance.
