How can I get a divorce in NM if I don't know my spouse's whereabouts?

You file the papers as usual, then you get permisison from the judge to notify her by publication. This requires publication in a newspaper meeting certain criteria where she was most recently domiciled that you know about. You need to look at District Court Rule 1-004 f, j, and k., and form 4-209, which you can find at http://nmsupremecourt.nmcourts.gov/legal-forms/pdfs/DistCV/4-209.pdf.
