This is a fact bound question that cannot be answered with any accuracy from the little information you provided. There are a couple of different "general rules" that come to mind when you said that you were receiving money from your deceased parents' trust and when you stated that you and your husband have a trust. However, without more specific information about the trusts and about financial activities between you and your husband such a question as you have posed does not and cannot get a straight yes or no.

You can go and see an attorney in your town. Since you raised the question about divorce you should make an appointment with a family law attorney and bring copies of both trusts with you so that the attorney can better understand the specifics surrounding the nature of your question.
