Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

i have been divorced from my husband 6 years now an dhe still harrasses me he barges into my house and i ask him to leave and he wont he does not pay child support he is very controlling and manipulative. i have been to court before an di want him to leave me alone for good what do i nee dto do.theres two children involved.i dont feel safe.

Go to the district court in your town and file for a domestic violence restraining order. There is no cost and you'll get a court hearing somewhat quickly.
