domestic violence
my dad was arrested for pushing my little sister (16) while drunk. they said domestic violence or assualt is what the charge was going to be. i would like to know in the state of new mexico how much jail time he will serve.

There is not an easy answer to your query. If you put into your search engine law access new mexico you will get that outfit up in Albuquerque and they have lawyers on the telephone who will give you a pretty good idea of what your dad is dealing with here.
