Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

My ex-wife pased away. We have two children in there twenties. I have been paying back child support. Do I continue to do so? And to whom?

Can't answer without seeing the order under which you're paying it. Generally child support is owed to the child; children can claim back child support if they file prior to their twenty-first birthday. Take your documents to a lawyer.
