Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

My ex-wife recently moved 180 miles away and in the original divorce decree nothing was stated about if she moved. She had been meeting me halfway for a while, then I lost my job and got behind on my child support payments. She now is not meeting me halfway as I have to drive round trip to get the kids. What can I do to try and get this modified where we can meet halfway?

Your remedy is to return to court and attempt to get the decree modified to reflect the change in your circumstances, and specific directions concerning the transportation of the children.
