Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

If my ex-wife's newly hired attorney is currently married to the judge that used to be assigned to my child custody case, is there a "conflict of interest" even though he is no longer the judge in this cause? Does her attorney have to withdrawl as her representation in this cause?
