Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

I had filed a motion to modify custody in new mexico district court a month ago and the judge hasnt sent a response yet. is there a time frame under the rules of court that he has to repsond within a certain amount of time. I fell ilke every time I file a motion i dont get a hearing for months but my ex wife gets one right away when she files one. I dont think is fair and wander if I should file a complaint with the state bar association. I went to court Feb 17, 2009 and the judge said he would mail a decision out. I dont think its fair its already March 21st and I still dont have a decision.
