Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

I am filing a non contested divorce. I am trying to fill out the paperwork. It is asking about about waiving the temporary Domestic order. (rule 27A). What does that mean? Shoul I waive that or not?

No. The TDO is there for your protection. It protects the community assets, advises the parties concerning behavior during the pendency of the divorce, and provides useful information if a conflict arises between spouses. The Court will give you one automatically if you don't waive it, so don't waive it.
