I would file an Emergency Motion to Change the Parenting Plan and the Child Support Order. You also file a request for hearing and a blank order for the judge to sign granting a hearing. You must continue to pay the child support until a new order is filed, but you can ask for it to be refunded to you retroactive to the day you started caring for your daughter.
