My friend is 4 months pregnant and wants me to adopt unborn baby how do we go about it privatly in new mexico

Unborn children cannot be adopted. After the child is born you can adopt the child. She will have to make an effort to contact the biological father. It could turn out that the biological father wants to parent his child. Mom will have give notice to the biological father as to the proposed adoption.
