Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

my friend is currently in the process of getting a divorce from her emotionally abusive husband who has threatened her and their daughter several times. She is involved with an ex friend of his and causing problems with his life. My question is there anyway for her to get her husband to stop harrassing her and her boyfriend?

They should separately apply for a restraining order. She may be able to get one in the pending divorce case. Her lawyer can advise her. He will have to apply for one by himself.
