Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

give my oldest daughter of 18 years old a legal guardianship of my other daughter of 15 because i want the oldest one to go camping with the young one do they give legal guardianship for that?

Under the probate code you can place temporary custody of a child (your 15 yr. old) into the care and control of another person (your 18 yr. old). You should see a family law attorney to draft the document for you. There are plenty of attorneys in your town who can accomplish this task for you at a very reasonable rate.
