Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

If an individual gets divorced in New Mexico and there is a waiting period to remarry. If that person goes to Las Vegas, Neveda and gets remarried two days after the papers are signed is it legal.

Once the Final Decree of Divorce is signed by a judge and entered you are legally divorced. You can marry in New Mexico or Nevada again and that marriage would be legal.
