can a injunction be changed without my consent?

my divorce was final in oct but custody matters are still not settled. my ex wifes boyfriend filed a lawsuit against me shortly after i caught them together. it was settled out of court. it states that i have no contact with his family and he has no contact with my family except for my wife. they have broken the injunction numerous times so we got a protection order last week keeping him away from my sons.he hurt one of my sons in may but they deny that it ever happened. my question is can they now go back to district court and have the injunction revised or cancelled without my knowledge? the divorce judge told them that as long as the injuction was valid the protection order will remaim in place.they plan on getting married and we both are in a battle for full custody. the judge told them with this injunction in place it was going to be very easy for him to decide custody since they told of their plans for marriage. i need to know how to keep the current injunction in place from now on. the boyfriend told the 706 custody dr. that he didn't like the kids and the kids hate him. but my ex told the dr. they had no plans of marriage or living together so he recommended a 9 day 5 day for me split. how do i get him to change his mind?

Your question presents a great legal issue but I do not believe it can be answered in this forum. Quite frankly, you have a very complicated issue and one that demands very individualized attention to much of the detail and facts specific to your case. You need to speak with an attorney.
