Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

Ok have a joint bank account which my checks are direct deposited in the account. Petitioner then wipes out account while there is a TDO (NM). Is that legal?

Usually the TDO prohibits the parties from such things. If yours does, you can file a motion with the court asking for the court to hold the offending party in contempt.
